HOURS/DAYS

Hours and Days fluctuate according to the wants and needs of the Members and Guests. Must be available all days all shifts.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

include the following: (Other duties may be assigned.)

• Greet members and guests as they enter the dining areas.
• Accurate execution of orders. Both description and timeliness are included.
• Communicate with other team members in order to identify AGC members.
• Begin conversations with members by name.
• Properly bill members for their purchases.
• Know the food menu. Members/Guests will ask what is in each item. Ask for help.
• Know what liquor, beer and wine we offer.
• Understand proper mixing proportions for AGC mixed drinks.
• Maintain Clean & Concise work areas. All dining and back of house areas.
• Communicate with members/guests regarding Club dining and drink activities.
• Personal appearance- shaved, clothes pressed, and name tag on.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an Associate encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the Associate regularly works in outside weather conditions, and is regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions. The Associate is frequently exposed to extreme heat and occasionally cold environments. LUNCHES (30min) The chef provides us with a lunch buffet every day. The menu for the week is posted every Sunday for the coming week. You do not have to clock out for lunch. We stay on property for lunches.

Shifts :

8-hour shifts Morning shift (7am-3pm) Evening shift (12pm-Close) (the kitchen closes at 7pm, however the membership can still hang and have drinks & popcorn/nuts) The membership can also schedule dinners with 48hr notice. This would mean "Close" would be around 9pm.
