Conrad Orlando is looking to welcome a Server Assistant to join the team! Our hotel sits on the 1,100-acre Evermore Orlando Resort bordering Walt Disney World with a 20-acre tropical beach and 8-acre lagoon setting the stage for luxury which is as harmonious as it is captivating. It features 433 rooms, 65,000 square feet of meeting space (40,000 indoor and 25,000 outdoor), a tranquil spa, two 18-hole golf courses, and 6 food and beverage outlets. This includes 3 restaurants (rooftop, southern Italian, and poolside), a cocktail bar, marketplace and in-room dining. Our Papaya Club, our Polynesian

• inspired restaurant which is open for Lunch 10:30am-6pm and Dinner 6pm-9pm.

The ideal candidate holds 1+ years experience as a Server Assistant within restaurants. Ability to work the required shifts.

Shift Pattern :

Full Availability AM/PM shifts (weekdays, weekends, holidays)

What will I be doing? As a Server Assistant, you would be responsible for setting and clearing dining tables and stocking service stations in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards Set and prepare tables for dining, including, but not limited to, folding napkins, cleaning and placing tableware, serving water, etc. Ensure tableware is in good and working condition and report any defects for repair Stock, maintain and clean designated food station(s) Assist food server(s) with table service, including, but not limited to, serving beverages, breads, etc. Retrieve and transport dirty tableware to dishwashing area Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner What are we looking for?
