This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your customer service skills while working in a dynamic environment that celebrates the art of hospitality and brewing. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS systems Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness. Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately, including processing payments swiftly and correctly. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and offering beverage recommendations. Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, including craft beers, wines, cocktails, and food pairings to enhance guest experience. Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed to uphold health standards and safety regulations. Assist with setup and cleanup during shifts, including restocking supplies, cleaning tables, and supporting catering or banquet events as needed. Requirements Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles, especially in fine dining or nightclub environments, is highly preferred. Familiarity with Toast POS systems is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during busy hours. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that creates a welcoming atmosphere. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques. Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and retail math calculations. Experience with serving in banquet settings or catering events is advantageous.
