We serve a variety of Mexican specialties and American classics, along with a large selection of signature Margaritas, Colorado craft beers, and classic cocktails. $12.14/hour plus tips Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be the face of our restaurant, delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, expert food and beverage knowledge, and a warm, welcoming attitude. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality skills and grow within a dynamic food industry setting. Servers will report to our Server Lead, Assistant Manager, and General Manager. Responsibilities Greet guests promptly with a friendly attitude, providing attentive and personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Toast POS system Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including processing payments with Toast Complete opening, running, and closing side-work tasks such as rolling silverware, vacuuming, and setting the dining area Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Skills & Qualifications Customer service skills and the ability to connect with diverse guests while providing memorable experiences Strong work ethic, punctuality, and ability to work well within a team Ability to commit menu items to memory in order to provide recommendations and answer questions Effective time management and multitasking skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Strong verbal communication skills Ability to stand for long periods, walk quickly, and carry heavy trays Must be 18 years of age or older Extra Credit TIPS responsible alcohol service certification Restaurant experience Knowledge of POS systems Knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and proper food handling techniques is a plus If you're passionate about hospitality, eager to deliver outstanding service, and ready to thrive in a well established Beaver Creek icon, drop us a line!
