Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring presentation standards are met Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance guest satisfaction and sales Handle cash and process payments accurately using POS and cashiering systems Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, utensils, and service areas in compliance with food safety standards Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction Follow proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols to ensure safety standards are maintained Join our team to deliver outstanding service in a lively environment where your hospitality skills can shine.
