Sushi Koshi 1910 N Stonebridge Dr #150 McKinney, TX 75071 Part or full time available Avg. pay $25.00 to $30/hr including tip Server is responsible for providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced dining environment while ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience. Servers take orders, deliver food and beverages, explain menu items (including sushi and specialty dishes), and maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area. Key Responsibilities Greet guests promptly and professionally Present menus and explain sushi items, specials, and drink options Take accurate food and beverage orders Answer customer questions about ingredients and preparation Handle customer requests and resolve complaints courteously Process payments and operate POS systems Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations Coordinate with sushi chefs and kitchen staff to ensure timely service Follow food safety and sanitation standards Restock supplies and assist with opening/closing duties Qualifications Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and multitasking skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic knowledge of sushi and Japanese cuisine preferred Friendly, professional appearance and attitude Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays Skills Customer service Teamwork Cash handling/POS operation Attention to detail Time management Food and beverage knowledge
