Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate orders using POS systems, ensuring all special requests are noted and fulfilled Recommend menu items, upsell specials and beverages to enhance guest experience and increase sales Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation Manage table settings, clear dishes, and assist with bussing to maintain a clean and inviting dining area Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while maintaining accountability for all sales Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery for a seamless dining experience Use reservation platforms to manage bookings and optimize seating arrangements Demonstrate excellent guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally Maintain knowledge of Thai food industry trends, fine dining standards, and beverage offerings to elevate guest interactions Requirements Proven experience as a Server or in food service roles such as host/hostess or busser; fine dining experience is highly valued Familiarity with POS systems; experience with Toast POS is a plus Strong culinary knowledge combined with excellent customer service skills Ability to manage multiple tables efficiently through effective time management and organization skills Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and sales upselling techniques Previous restaurant experience in the food industry preferred; hospitality background is advantageous Excellent communication skills with an energetic approach to guest engagement Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
