Job Summary Join our vibrant team as a Server and become the heart of an exceptional dining experience! In this energetic role, you will deliver outstanding customer service, ensure guest satisfaction, and create memorable moments for every visitor. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help foster a welcoming atmosphere where guests feel valued and cared for. Whether guiding guests through our menu, , or handling transactions efficiently, you will be a key player in delivering top-tier hospitality in a lively, fast-paced environment. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, including food preparation details and beverage options, to answer guest questions confidently Handle cash transactions, process payments accurately, and manage cash handling responsibilities with integrity Ensure food safety standards are met by following sanitation protocols and proper food handling procedures Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods to maintain smooth operations Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests and foster positive guest relations Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently while maintaining quality service Ability to upsell menu items confidently while respecting guest preferences Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and proper food handling techniques Experience in food industry roles such as serving, bartending, or host/hostess positions is highly desirable Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and billing processes Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment Join us to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality!
