```Job Summary``` We are seeking a friendly and experienced Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. • Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
• Take food and drink orders accurately
• Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly
• Provide recommendations on menu items and specials
• Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues
• Process payments and handle cash transactions
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas ```Qualifications```
• Previous experience as a Server or in a similar role preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Familiarity with OpenTable or other reservation systems is a plus
• Basic culinary knowledge for food preparation inquiries
• Basic math skills for accurate order taking and bill calculation
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Sales skills to upsell menu items and promote specials
• Familiarity with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
