Server

This is an on-site Part time role for a Server at Miyako Japanese Sushi & Steakhouse in Margate City, NJ, 08402. The Server will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, assisting customers, and maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment. The role also includes learning the menu, making basic recommendations, handling payments, and working closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service. Work schedule is Friday and Sunday from 5:00PM to 9:00 PM.

Pay Structure:

Starting pay is $7/hour plus tips. Qualifications Strong learning ability and willingness to improve Basic knowledge of sushi and beverages preferred Good communication skills with a friendly and positive attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks Teamwork skills and ability to work well with coworkers Experience with POS systems or cash handling is a plus Prior restaurant experience preferred Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends legally authorized to work in the U.
