Our busy season continues well into the fall and we are seeking servers who are looking for continued employment into the school year. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services, ensuring that patrons have an enjoyable dining and entertainment experience. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere. Duties Greet guests promptly and provide them with menus while ensuring they feel welcomed. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system, including OpenTable for reservations. Serve food and drinks to guests efficiently, ensuring all items are presented beautifully. Sanitate tables, utensils, and service areas regularly to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards. Handle cash register operations and manage cash handling procedures accurately. Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism to enhance their experience. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Assist in setting up and breaking down the dining area before and after service. Uphold the highest standards of hospitality throughout the shift. Experience Previous experience in food service or hospitality is required Familiarity with cash handling procedures and experience using cash registers is beneficial. Knowledge of POS systems is a plus, particularly Toast or similar platforms. Strong math skills for handling transactions accurately. A passion for guest services with excellent communication skills is essential. Ability to work in a high-energy environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
