Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system Aloha POS. Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation procedures Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive experience Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas in compliance with food safety regulations Support host/hostess duties during busy periods to manage reservations and seating efficiently Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build guest rapport quickly Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items confidently and effectively Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously Culinary experience or kitchen background is a plus for understanding food preparation and presentation Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and inventory management Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members seamlessly We're dedicated to fostering a lively work environment that values hospitality excellence.
