Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems. Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Manage cash handling and cashiering duties with precision and accountability Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met Foster positive guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred Familiarity with POS systems Strong knowledge of food handling safety procedures and sanitation practices Experience in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities Excellent time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently Background in hospitality or customer service roles that emphasize guest relations and service excellence Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and inventory management
