Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards for fine dining or nightclub settings Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Manage guest relations by addressing questions, special requests, and resolving any issues promptly and professionally Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist with food handling, basic math calculations for billing, cash handling, and processing payments efficiently Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for order processing and cashiering Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Culinary experience or kitchen background is a plus for understanding food preparation processes Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities Previous host/hostess or serving experience preferred but not required; a passion for hospitality is essential Join us as a Server where your energy fuels exceptional guest experiences!
