Duties Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide detailed descriptions of menu items to enhance the dining experience Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages Upsell menu items and specials to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining genuine guest engagement Serve food and drinks efficiently, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards including proper food handling and sanitation protocols Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods to maintain smooth operations Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering functions, including cash handling and basic math calculations Qualifications Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for order processing and sales tracking Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to multitask effectively while managing time efficiently in fast-paced environments Previous experience with serving, bussing, host/hostess duties, or food industry roles is highly desirable Basic math skills for cashiering and transaction management are essential Join us to deliver exceptional service that delights every guest!
