Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently, maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to maintain smooth operations Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems and perform basic math calculations for billing purposes Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience in serving or host/hostess roles demonstrating excellent guest relations and communication skills Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for cashiering, cash handling, and accurate billing Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences in a lively atmosphere!
