Server Manager

Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server Manager to lead our dynamic food service team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. In this role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure high standards of customer service, and manage staff to create a welcoming and efficient environment. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all aspects of restaurant service, including food preparation, serving, and customer interactions Lead staff training and development to ensure excellent food handling, customer service, and operational skills Manage shift schedules, oversee inventory control, and monitor food quality to maintain high standards Oversee POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and uphold sanitation standards across the kitchen and dining areas Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and foster a welcoming atmosphere for guests Assist with budgeting, labor management, and overall restaurant operations to optimize efficiency and profitability Qualifications Proven experience in food service management within quick service, casual dining, or fine dining environments Strong background in supervising teams, staff training, and development in hospitality settings Knowledge of POS systems experience with cash handling is must!!
