Server — New Oceanfront Restaurant Opening Soon Ocean's — Virginia Beach Oceanfront Ocean's is opening soon on 8th Street at the Virginia Beach Oceanfront, and we're looking for servers to join our opening team. Ocean's will be a modern coastal restaurant with fresh food, craft cocktails, and a beautiful beachside atmosphere. We're looking for servers who are friendly, reliable, polished, and able to create a warm, memorable experience for every guest. What We're Looking For We're looking for servers who are: Friendly, energetic, and guest-focused Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment Professional, dependable, and team-oriented Able to communicate clearly with guests and staff Willing to learn the food menu, cocktail menu, and daily specials Available nights, weekends, and holidays Excited to be part of a new restaurant opening Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive table service Take orders accurately and enter them into the POS system Learn menu items, cocktails, specials, and restaurant standards Answer guest questions and make recommendations Run food and drinks as needed Keep tables and service areas clean and organized Work with bartenders, hosts, bussers, and kitchen staff to keep service smooth Follow all food and beverage safety guidelines Why Join Us Brand-new restaurant opening at the Oceanfront Opportunity to be part of the opening team High-energy beachside location Strong earning potential Supportive restaurant group with room to grow Fun, fast-paced environment with locals, tourists, and regulars Requirements Previous serving experience preferred Weekend and holiday availability required Must be dependable, professional, and guest-focused Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods during service
