Server / Party Host

Fourth Dimension the premier fun center in Frederick is currently hiring Servers / Party Hosts for our full service restaurant. Fun, energetic and enthusiastic staff who can multi-task are now being hired. Come join our team!! Great opportunity to work in a fun environment! Pay rate will depend upon position you are working. Must be 21 to Apply! All servers receive an automatic 18% gratuity. Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Ensuring all Fourth Dimension Equipment is being used properly and safely by all guests. Ensuring all guests that are being served are of age with adequate proof. Ensuring that guests are not over-served and all of our guests drink safely. Ensuring that drinks are made consistently and to company standards. Ensuring all areas of the Restaurant and Bowling Alley are clean and in good working condition. Maintaining a positive attitude and providing exceptional customer service to customers in need. Maintaining constant communication with other departments about outages, maintenance issues, wait times, etc. Ensure all standard operating procedures (SOPs) for maintenance, cleaning, etc. are being performed. Ensuring that all Lanes / Tables are cleaned properly and quickly to provide great service to the guests. Ensuring the Drink Stations and Bar Equipment are properly set-up and/or broken down.
