Beginning on or about 10/15/2026 through on or about 04/19/2027Position Summary:
As a Server, your role is vital in providing top-notch customer service by taking orders, delivering food and drinks, and handling transactions with accuracy. You'll also perform essential opening and closing tasks to maintain the restaurant's efficiency. Flexibility in your schedule is key, as you'll work under management's guidance to ensure a smooth operation and a memorable experience for our guests.About Roberts Resorts & Communities:

Comply with all policies, rules, and regulations of Roberts Resorts to ensure efficient job performance Execute tasks as directed by Managers, adapting to daily operational needs Efficiently take and deliver guest orders using the front counter register, ensuring timely service Utilize the POS system for taking payments, maintaining accuracy in transactions Serve draft beer and a selection of pre-mixed cocktails, adhering to all regulatory training and guidelines Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of cooking and serving areas, following health and safety standards. Complete opening and closing side work, including cleaning, organizing, and restocking supplies, to prepare for service Possess a valid Food Handlers Certificate before starting duties Perform additional duties as needed, contributing to the team's success RequirementsKEY COMPETENCIES
Numerical Proficiency:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide two-digit numbers and perform basic operations with American currency, weight, volume, and distanceProblem-Solving Skills:
Demonstrated ability to analyze situations and apply logical reasoning to resolve issues effectively. Able to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and find practical solutions to challengesCommunication Skills:
Strong oral and written communication skillsOrganization and Time Management:
Ability to organize tasks effectively and manage time efficientlyEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required A minimum of two years of experience in culinary services, food preparation, or a related field preferred Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team, showing initiative and a commitment to quality and hygiene standards Experience in managing kitchen inventory and operating standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industryPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Constantly stand, walk, push, pull, lift grasp; Frequently use arms and hands. Manual dexterity for using kitchen equipment Clear vision and hearing to communicate effectively Capability to lift and carry up to 20 poundsBENEFITS
