Server- Seoul Garden Restaurant

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and a strong commitment to customer service. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that guests have a memorable experience in our restaurant or banquet setting. Duties Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, including specials and dietary options. Take accurate food and drink orders using the point-of-sale system. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our high standards. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment. Assist with banquet service as needed, including setup and breakdown of events. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards is beneficial. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests effectively. Experience in fine dining or bartending is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude are essential. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
