Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders. Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities Serve food promptly while maintaining proper food handling, sanitation, and safety standards Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods. Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, adhering to sanitation regulations and food safety protocols Foster positive guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings. Demonstrated skills in customer service, upselling, and guest relations are essential for success in this role Knowledge of food safety procedures, sanitation standards, and proper food handling techniques is required.
