Prepare and serve drinks, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Manage multiple tables efficiently by prioritizing tasks through effective time management during busy shifts. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities, while maintaining balanced registers at shift end. Maintain food safety and food handling standards by adhering to health regulations and proper sanitation procedures. Assist with food service duties such as serving meals at banquets or catering events, ensuring timely delivery and presentation. Engage with guests to provide exceptional customer service, answer questions about menu items, and promote specials or upsell opportunities to increase sales. Collaborate with team members in a nightclub or restaurant setting to ensure smooth operations and a lively atmosphere that encourages repeat visits. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles, preferable in fine dining. Weekend and evening availability. Strong time management skills to handle fast-paced service periods effectively. Excellent customer service abilities with a friendly, energetic demeanor. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Must be at least 18 years old.
