Manage multiple tables or bar stations with excellent time management to provide prompt service during busy hours. Handle cash, process payments accurately, and perform cashiering duties with attention to detail and integrity. Maintain food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols. Engage with customers to enhance their experience through friendly conversation, personalized recommendations, and attentive service. Assist in setting up banquet or catering events when needed, ensuring all service aspects meet our high standards of hospitality. Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Experience with serving in banquet environments or catering events adds value to your application. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures is essential. Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during high-volume shifts while maintaining excellent customer service skills. Background in retail math, cash handling, and basic math skills ensures accurate transactions and efficient operations.
