Server/Bartender

Responsibilities & Duties As a Server/Bartender, you will be responsible for providing courteous, efficient, and enthusiastic service to every guest. Responsibilities include greeting guests promptly, accurately taking food and beverage orders, preparing drinks in a timely manner, delivering food and beverages, processing payments, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace throughout service.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Learn and demonstrate a strong understanding of our food, beverage, cocktail, beer, and wine offerings Engage with guests in a knowledgeable and enthusiastic manner that enhances the dining experience Promptly greet guests, accurately enter orders, and ensure timely food and beverage service Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company recipes and standards Monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure responsible alcohol service at all times Verify guest identification in compliance with all state and local liquor laws Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while handling orders and payments Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and a positive attitude Communicate effectively with kitchen, bar, and front-of-house team members to ensure smooth service Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests or concerns Prepare and maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked bar and dining areas throughout the shift Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, stocking, and side work duties Assist with transporting dishes, glassware, and supplies as needed Support teammates and contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment Follow all company policies, sanitation standards, and food safety procedures Qualifications Previous restaurant or bartending experience preferred, but not required Experience in high-volume or fast-paced restaurant environments preferred Positive attitude with strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment Must currently hold or be able to obtain a Washington State Class 12 MAST Permit Must be at least 21 years of age Physical Requirements This position requires standing and walking for extended periods of time, repetitive hand and arm movement, bending, reaching, and lifting throughout shifts in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be comfortable lifting and carrying trays, dishes, glassware, and supplies, including occasional heavier lifting.
