Your expertise in mixology and knowledge of food safety will contribute to our establishment's reputation for excellence. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and guest preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and health regulations. Engage with guests, providing friendly and attentive service while responding to inquiries about drink offerings. Assist with inventory management, including ordering supplies and tracking stock levels. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods. Utilize POS systems for processing orders and payments efficiently. Uphold the establishment's standards for fine dining or nightclub experiences, depending on the venue type. Adhere to responsible alcohol service guidelines while monitoring guest consumption. Experience Previous bartending/ serving experience in a fine dining or nightclub setting is preferred. Familiarity with POS systems and OpenTable is advantageous. Knowledge of food handling practices and culinary techniques is a plus. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on guest services. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A passion for mixology and a willingness to learn new techniques and trends in beverage preparation.
