The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests. Your ability to engage with customers and maintain a welcoming atmosphere will be key to your success in this role. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies. Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service and foster positive guest relations. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and assist with food orders as needed. Utilize OpenTable or similar reservation systems to manage guest seating efficiently. Monitor guest consumption of alcohol responsibly and adhere to all legal regulations regarding alcohol service. Assist in training new staff members on bar procedures and customer service best practices. Qualifications Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in a bartending or restaurant setting, is preferred. Strong math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink recipes. Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with sales techniques to promote beverage offerings effectively. Experience with bussing tables or assisting in kitchen operations is a plus. Must possess strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
