In this role, you will create memorable experiences for guests by delivering exceptional food and beverage service in a lively, fast-paced environment. Whether working at the bar or serving tables, you'll be the face of our establishment, bringing energy and professionalism to every interaction. Duties Take and accurately relay food and drink orders using POS system, ensuring quick and correct service. Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality. Provide attentive customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and making personalized recommendations to enhance their experience. Handle cash transactions efficiently, including cashiering duties like processing payments, giving change, and balancing registers at shift end. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling procedures during serving, bartending, and food preparation. Assist with catering and banquet events, ensuring smooth operations during large or special events. Manage time effectively during busy hours by prioritizing tasks such as serving tables promptly while maintaining a friendly demeanor. Skills Proficiency with POS system for order entry and payment processing. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse needs professionally. Experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality environments is preferred,banquet experience is a plus. Excellent time management skills to juggle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during peak hours. Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques to ensure guest safety. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math for sales transactions, and accurate bill splitting when necessary. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment within the food industry or hospitality sector while maintaining high standards of service quality.
