Duties Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beer, wine, and specialty beverages, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Provide attentive customer service by checking on guests regularly and responding promptly to their needs or concerns. Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and processing payments efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols. Assist with catering events, banquets, or nightclubs by setting up stations, serving food and drinks, and ensuring smooth operations. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service delivery during busy hours while managing multiple tables or bar stations effectively. Requirements Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles, preferably with fine dining or nightclub backgrounds. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with retail math, cash handling, and basic math skills is essential. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations professionally. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques to ensure guest safety at all times. Ability to manage time efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail. Previous banquet or catering experience is a plus; familiarity with serving in a variety of settings including nightclubs or the food industry is highly desirable.
