Server/Cashier

Duties Greet guests warmly, provide menus, and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a welcoming atmosphere Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and communicate effectively with kitchen staff Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Handle cash, credit card transactions, and process payments accurately using POS systems; ensure proper cash handling and reconciliation at shift end Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain sanitation standards by adhering to food safety regulations, proper food handling, and sanitation protocols Assist with bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure smooth operations Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightclub settings Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms; familiarity with OpenTable for reservations management is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle guest inquiries professionally Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume shifts Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining a positive attitude Basic math skills for cash handling, bill splitting, and transaction accuracy Previous experience in serving, bussing, hosting/hostess roles or food industry positions is highly desirable Embark on a rewarding journey where your enthusiasm makes every guest feel special!
