Server/Cashier

Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining a clean and organized service station Handle cash transactions efficiently, including processing payments with POS systems and giving correct change Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Maintain food safety and sanitation standards by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols Assist with bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and supporting host/hostess duties when needed to ensure seamless guest flow Use reservation platforms like OpenTable to manage bookings and optimize seating arrangements Foster positive guest relations through friendly communication, attentive service, and resolving concerns promptly Support overall restaurant operations by collaborating with team members to uphold high standards of hospitality and food quality Qualifications Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs, is highly desirable Proficiency with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; familiarity with OpenTable is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables and tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting Basic math skills for cash handling, bill splitting, and processing payments accurately Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Culinary or kitchen experience is advantageous for understanding food preparation processes Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required by the restaurant's schedule Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to creating memorable dining experiences!
