Server/Cashier

Duties Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Process payments efficiently with cash handling skills and POS familiarity, ensuring accuracy Assist with food preparation, food safety, sanitation, and food handling standards according to industry regulations Clear tables promptly by bussing and resetting for incoming guests while maintaining cleanliness standards Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and guest satisfaction Manage reservations and guest relations using platforms like OpenTable or similar systems Support host/hostess duties when needed, including seating guests and managing waitlists Uphold high standards of sanitation, food safety, and overall cleanliness in all areas of the restaurant Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS required; knowledge of OpenTable is advantageous Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Excellent time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and order processing Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience in serving, bussing, hosting, or cashiering within the food industry is highly valued Basic kitchen experience or culinary background is beneficial but not mandatory Embark on a rewarding journey where your hospitality talents can flourish!
