Server/Cashier

Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems Handle cash, credit card transactions, and process payments efficiently and accurately Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests Assist with food handling and preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen staff Manage reservations using platforms like OpenTable and coordinate guest seating to optimize flow Ensure food safety standards are upheld by following proper sanitation protocols Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally Support team members during busy hours by performing host/hostess duties or assisting with food service Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments preferred. Proficiency with POS systems Strong knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety regulations in the food industry Excellent customer service skills with a welcoming demeanor and ability to build guest rapport Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables and transactions efficiently during peak hours Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and upselling opportunities Experience with food preparation or kitchen operations is a plus but not required Ability to stand for extended periods, walk quickly between tables, and lift moderate loads as needed Knowledge of reservation management tools like OpenTable is advantageous A background in serving or host/hostess roles enhances your ability to excel in this position Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences!
