Food server responsibilities include ensuring our tables are clean and tidy when guests arrive, presenting menus and serving food and beverages. You need to be quick on your feet (literally and metaphorically) and have a polite and friendly attitude. If you enjoy talking to people and thrive in a fast-paced workplace, we'd like to meet you. Your ultimate goal will be to provide high-quality service and develop genuine and professional relationships with our membership. Responsibilities Greeting customers and taking their orders Providing menu recommendations and answering customer questions Serving food and beverages to customers Handling payment transactions, including taking orders and processing payments through the POS system Maintaining a clean and organized dining area Coordinating with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation Providing excellent customer service by addressing customers' concerns and feedback Requirements Previous experience as a Server or in the food service industry Knowledge of different types of cuisine and menu items Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to stand for extended periods of time Flexibility in scheduling, including availability to work weekends and holidays.
