As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and valued. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering outstanding guest services. Duties Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor. Take accurate food and drink orders using the Toast system. Provide recommendations for menu items and upsell specials to enhance the dining experience. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change. Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations through effective bussing practices. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow. Adhere to all health and safety regulations while serving food. Qualifications Previous experience in a server role is preferred but not required. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently. Excellent math skills for accurate cash handling and billing. Ability to build rapport with guests through effective guest relations. Experience with upselling techniques is a plus. A positive attitude and willingness to help team members as needed. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
