Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services, ensuring that each patron has a memorable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere in our establishment. Duties Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor. Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage options. Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff. Serve food and drinks efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their meal. Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tips. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting them for new guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any special requests or dietary restrictions. Uphold food handling safety standards to ensure the health and safety of all guests. Assist with any additional tasks as needed to support the team in delivering top-notch hospitality. Qualifications Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred but not required. Strong guest services skills with a focus on creating positive dining experiences. Proficiency in time management to efficiently handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously. Familiarity with cash register operations and basic math skills for processing transactions. Ability to work in a nightclub or high-energy environment while maintaining professionalism. Knowledge of food handling practices is a plus, ensuring compliance with health regulations. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. A positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
