Server/Waiter

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all guests receive top-notch service in our vibrant nightclub setting. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to thrive in a bustling atmosphere. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests promptly with a friendly demeanor. Take accurate food and drink orders using the OpenTable system or similar software. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while ensuring presentation standards are met. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, adhering to food handling guidelines. Process cash transactions accurately, including handling tips and sales efficiently. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and address any guest concerns promptly. Upsell menu items effectively to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for special events or busy nights. Experience Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in a nightclub or high-energy restaurant environment, is preferred. Familiarity with food handling procedures and sanitation practices is essential. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments accurately. Strong sales skills to promote menu items effectively to guests. Experience using restaurant management software such as OpenTable is a plus.
