Service Advisor

We are seeking a customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. This role is responsible for assisting customers with vehicle service and repair needs, providing estimates and updates, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience throughout the service process.

Responsibilities Include:

Greeting customers and documenting vehicle concerns Communicating repair recommendations, timelines, and costs Coordinating with technicians and updating customers throughout repairs Promoting recommended maintenance and additional services Maintaining accurate service records and documentation Assisting with resolving customer concerns professionally

Qualifications:

Previous automotive service experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license with clean driving record required Flexible schedule, including Saturdays and overtime as needed

$40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
