Service Advisor

Alpha One Chevrolet is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing technical advice to customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a passion for customer service. The Service Advisor will also be responsible for keeping accurate records of customer interactions and ensuring that all customer inquiries are handled in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner. Provide accurate information about services and products. Inspect vehicles to determine the cause of customer complaints. Advise customers on the best course of action for their vehicle needs. Schedule appointments and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service. Provide estimates for services and repairs. Explain repair procedures to customers and answer any questions they may have.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of service department experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong knowledge of automobiles and repair processes.
• Proven record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Past experience as a Service Advisor, Assistant Lane Manager, or Service Consultant.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to identify issues quickly and provide clear recommendations.
• Proficiency with dealership management software and willingness to learn new programs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Professional appearance and energetic personality.
