Job Type:

Full-time Salary + Commission based pay, best of both worlds-stable income and performance based pay

Duties:

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Auto Repair Shop Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction Schedule and assign work to service technicians Monitor technician performance and provide coaching and feedback as needed Ensure that all service requests are completed in a timely manner Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions

Skills:

Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve customer concerns and complaints Proficient in cash handling procedures Knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair procedures, including oil changes, tire services, brake repairs, diesel engine repair, air brake systems, transmissions, shocks, struts, and suspension systems Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
