Automotive Service Advisor Opportunity

• Experience Required We are hiring an Automotive Service Advisor at Larson Dodge, Jeep, Ram.

While training is provided, previous automotive experience is required , and experience as an express service advisor, service writer, or technician is highly beneficial . This is a fast-paced, high-volume service environment with consistent repair order flow and strong technician support.

What You Will Receive Salary:

$74,000

• $136,000/year

Competitive Commission Structure:

Rewarding pay structure with potential for growth. 4.75% of RO parts and labor sales for CSI below zone. 5.25% for CSI above zone. 5.5% for CSI in the top 10% of the zone. Consistent repair order (RO) volume Strong team and technician support Growth opportunities within fixed operations What You Will Do Write and manage repair orders accurately Communicate vehicle needs and updates to customers Coordinate between technicians and service customers Maintain follow-up throughout the repair process Ensure a smooth and professional service experience What We Are Looking For Previous experience as a service advisor, express advisor, or technician preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment Comfortable multitasking and managing workflow Dealership or automotive experience strongly preferred

Provide above average Customer Service. Automotive dealership experience preferred, but not necessary. Ability to properly handle potentially stressful situations.
