Overview Join our dynamic team at Max Motors Dealerships as you take on a pivotal role in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving service excellence. This position is perfect for individuals with a passion for the automotive industry and a strong desire to deliver exceptional service. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for customers seeking vehicle service and repairs. Assess customer needs and provide accurate information regarding service options and costs. Coordinate service appointments and maintain an organized schedule for technicians. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. Manage and track service orders from initiation to completion. Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Maintain knowledge of automotive services and products to provide informed recommendations. Requirements Proven experience in an automotive service advisor role or similar position. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Basic understanding of automotive technology and repairs. Nice to have Experience with dealership management software. Certifications in automotive service or customer service.
