SouthernDry is expanding, and we're looking for a driven Service Advisor with strong sales experience who enjoys helping homeowners, diagnosing problems, and presenting real solutions. Job Summary The Service Advisor is a critical, customer-facing role responsible for maintaining long-term system performance while delivering an exceptional homeowner experience. This position closely mirrors a residential HVAC-style service and sales role —diagnosing issues, performing preventative maintenance, completing small enhancements, and presenting repair and upgrade options that protect the homeowner's investment . You'll serve as the primary point of contact after installation , acting as a trusted advisor—not cold calling, not door knocking, and not chasing leads. All appointments are pre-scheduled . Your success comes from strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to confidently recommend solutions that add value and generate sales. Why You'll Love Working Here Stable income with uncapped earning potential (Average earnings around $130K/year through base pay, commission, and tiered bonuses) Company-provided vehicle (gas & maintenance included) Full-time schedule (40-50 hours/week) with assigned appointments Comprehensive training pipeline — sales, installation, and field shadowing Clear career growth paths as we expand nationwide Strong benefits package — Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, 401(k) with match, PTO & Holidays Purpose-driven work — protect homes while building lasting customer relationships What You'll Do Service, Diagnostics & Sales Diagnose, evaluate, and maintain foundation, waterproofing, and crawl space systems Perform scheduled annual maintenance and inspections Identify system issues and present corrective repairs and upgrade options Complete small installations (pumps, backup systems, dehumidifiers, crack injections) Maximize each appointment through education and solution-based selling Customer Experience Serve as the trusted advisor to homeowners after installation Clearly explain diagnoses, recommendations, pricing, and next steps Build rapport, answer questions, and ensure long-term customer satisfaction Promote service plans, renewals, and repeat business Documentation & Field Operations Accurately document work, materials, and recommendations in CRM Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service vehicle Coordinate with dispatch for efficient scheduling and routing Follow all safety protocols and company procedures What We're Looking For Experience & Skillset 2+ years of residential experience , ideally in: Waterproofing Foundation repair HVAC Plumbing Or a similar mechanical/service-driven field Previous sales, upselling, or consultative service experience strongly preferred You're a

Strong diagnostic and mechanical aptitude Confidence presenting solutions and closing work Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently in the field Comfort using mobile technology and CRM systems Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record High school diploma or equivalent Ability to work in basements, crawl spaces, and tight environments Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Bonus Skills Goal-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated mindset Experience reading schematics (market dependent) Knowledge of pumps, drainage, or mechanical systems Training & Onboarding Program Weeks 1-2: Sales training Week 3: Installation & technical training (home market) Week 4: Field ride-along (1-2 appointments/day) Week 5: Light schedule (2 appointments/day + end-of-day QA) Week 6: Fully independent schedule Compensation Training Period (First 30 Days): $25/hourPost-Training:
