What You'll Be Doing In This Role, You Will:

Take accurate window measurements for residential homes Perform light service repairs on previous installations Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns Complete minor repairs involving: Windows Roofing Siding Gutters Gutter protection Insulation Replace sashes, screens, trim, caulking, and other components Inspect materials and products for quality and fit Enter measurements and job information into company software Maintain organized paperwork and service documentation Assist with warehouse organization and inventory when needed Deliver excellent customer service to homeowners

What We're Looking For Ideal Background:

Experience installing: Windows Roofing Siding Gutters Exterior home improvement products Strong attention to detail Comfortable using basic technology and software Good communication and customer service skills Reliable and self-motivated Valid driver's license with clean driving record

Bonus If You Have:

Service technician experience Finish carpentry experience Residential construction background Exterior remodeling experience Experience troubleshooting installation issues
