Who We're Looking For :

A team player with a positive, customer-focused attitude 1-2 years of previous experience in retail and/or administrative roles Strong written and verbal communication skills Basic phone and computer utilization skills Strong organizational and time management skills

What You'll Do :

Schedule solid appointments with customer call-ins, previous customers, referrals, other generic leads and service and parts customers. Greet and assist customers, answer incoming calls and inquires. Direct calls and handle all customer payment and credit transactions. Daily balancing and reconciling of cash office account/s and bank deposits.

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $19.00 with additional bonuses based on individual appointments shown/sold and manufacturer approvability.
