Service Captain

The Role We're hiring experienced Servers to deliver exceptional service across our fine dining outlets. You'll manage multiple tables, execute table-side presentations, upsell wine pairings, and ensure every guest feels valued. Key Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and seat them according to service standards Present menus, recommend dishes, and suggest wine pairings Take orders accurately and communicate with kitchen staff Deliver food and beverages with precision and presentation Clear tables efficiently without disrupting guests Handle guest requests and concerns with professionalism Manage multiple tables simultaneously while maintaining composure Process payments and manage point-of-sale system Work flexible schedule: evenings, weekends, holidays What We're Looking For 2+ years fine dining or upscale resort service experience Food Handler / ServSafe certification (current) Extensive knowledge of menu, wines, and pairings Strong communication and guest relations skills Ability to work under pressure during busy service Attention to detail and organization Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus Professional appearance and positive attitude Benefits & Compensation Base $2.15/hr + service charges (average $28.00-32.00/hr total earnings) 401(k) with company match Health, dental, vision insurance Meals provided Paid time off + holidays Employee housing available Employee discounts across resort Tips + gratuities (full amount goes to you) Career growth in luxury hospitality Why Join Us? Average bi-weekly earnings:
