We are looking for a high-energy, disciplined professional who can serve as the primary link between our guests and our service shop.
The Role:
Efficiency & Information This is a specialized communications position focused on the guest's experience before they arrive and after they leave. This is not a Service Advisor role. You will not be responsible for writing service tickets, ordering parts, or performing vehicle diagnostics. Your goal is to complete a comprehensive, high-quality intake in a 3-minute phone call . By asking the right probing questions and documenting exact symptoms, you provide our technicians with the data they need to work efficiently, ensuring our guests feel confident and informed before they ever pull into the drive.
Primary Responsibilities High-Speed Technical Intake:
Field inbound service calls with the ability to navigate multiple windows to gather vehicle data while simultaneously documenting guest concerns with precision.
Targeted Probing:
Ask the "extra" questions to identify specific vehicle symptoms. Your accuracy directly helps the shop minimize diagnostic time and prevents unnecessary guest fees.
Maintenance Transparency:
Evaluate vehicle history and keep guests informed of required and upcoming maintenance intervals based on manufacturer standards.
The Follow-Up:
Conduct outbound calls to every guest after their service. If a guest is dissatisfied, your role is to listen, de-escalate, and immediately inform management so we can take swift action to repair that trust.
Strategic Scheduling:
Manage the service calendar to ensure a balanced, steady workflow for our technical team.

A sharp ear for detail and the ability to ask clarifying questions to get to the root of a guest's concern.
