We're seeking a polished, articulate, and customer-focused Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our Queen Creek location. You'll help ensure our clients receive the same level of professionalism and service they'd expect at a luxury dealership.

Responsibilities:

Answer and make calls with professionalism and clear communication Greet and check in customers with attention to detail and warmth Intake accurate customer and vehicle information Communicate with dealerships and vendors for parts Assist with appointment scheduling, invoicing, and follow-ups Run errands as needed (must be a licensed driver) Maintain a clean, organized, and high-end front lobby Support the shop with administrative tasks and daily operations

What We're Looking For:

Professional appearance and clean presentation is a must Strong communication skills — articulate and confident Background in hospitality, luxury retail, or premium service industries preferred Mac/iMac proficiency and ability to learn scheduling/invoicing systems Calm under pressure and detail-oriented Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Dependable, punctual, and takes pride in doing things right Why Elite Bimmer?
