Scheduling and Coordination:
Manage and optimize complex schedules for field teams, ensuring efficient resource allocation and timely project execution while maintaining flexibility to accommodate urgent customer requests and changing prioritiesSupport Operations:
Own back-office functions, answer phones for urgent customer needs, draft communications and prepare work ordersLiaison:
Serve as the communication hub between field personnel, customers, and government agencies.Data Management:
Craft, process and organize reports and reporting systems for our inspection, testing and service teamsSystems Expert:
Build proficiency on the Google Drive platform and in our construction software (Viewpoint/Spectrum)Collaboration:
Work alongside a close-knit team to manage daily operations, including fielding incoming service calls, while continually brainstorming ways to improve process efficiencyProfessional Growth:

Education:
High School Diploma or GED Experience:
2+ years of administrative-level experienceTechnical Skills:
Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (particularly Excel) and Google Suite (particularly GSheets) Attention toDetail:
A keen eye for detail and the capacity to maintain accuracy in repetitive tasksProcess-driven:
Affinity for developing and maintaining standardized and multi-step processes including rigorous follow-upOrganized:
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines consistentlyIndustry:
Experience in the construction industry or commercial fire protection industry is preferredAvailability:
Full-time availability (40 hours per week, 7am start time)Compliance:
