ABOUT THE ROLE

Elm Air Conditioning is one of the fastest-growing HVAC and clean heat companies on Long Island. As our Dispatcher, you manage daily scheduling and routing for our field technicians, serve as the primary point of contact for customers, and keep operations running smoothly from first call to job close. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role — if the day runs well, it starts with you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Schedule and dispatch technicians across the Long Island service area for maximum route efficiency Monitor field progress in real time and adjust schedules as priorities shift Manage service requests and appointments in ServiceTitan (or comparable platform) Handle inbound customer calls — scheduling, updates, follow-ups, and issue resolution Oversee invoicing and maintain accurate customer records Promote and renew service memberships; earn commission on conversions Support technicians with systems, apps, and day-of logistics Surface workflow issues and recommend process improvements to leadership

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

1+ years of dispatching, scheduling, or customer coordination — HVAC or home services preferred Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service software a strong plus Strong communicator — clear, calm, and organized under pressure Detail-oriented with solid data entry habits High school diploma or equivalent required Authorized to work in the U.S.; background check and drug screening required Elm Air Conditioning, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
